We create artwork of all pets! We have created artwork of goats, birds, fish, lizards, hedgehogs, horses, bunnies, cows and even chickens! At this time we do not create portraits of humans.

Turnaround time to create the artwork is within 1-2 weeks. This does not include shipping time.

Yes! A proof will then be sent to you via email for you to approve within 1-2 weeks for you to approve. Once approved your portrait will be packaged shipped!

Please note: if you do select this option, a few days will be added to the turnaround time and is also dependent on how fast you respond to your proof email. If you don't respond within 48 hours, we will go ahead and process your order as is.

Some things you can change:
- Text
- Background color
- Minor details (e.g. fur color, removing eye goop, adjusting fur, lining, size, orientation etc)

Some things you can't change:
- Using different photos of pet(s)
- Style of art (painting style vs line style)

Please note: that if you submit a new photo to us after 24 hours or after receiving your proof, we do charge an additional $15 per photo as our design team will need to produce brand new art. Please remember to choose your initial photo carefully and review our photo reference guide.

Yes! If you prefer to eliminate any design aspects in the portrait, please write "NO NAME", or “NO BACKGROUND” etc. in the text box.

The artwork is drawn by hand on a tablet and is not made with real paint.

Digital File: A high resolution JPG will be sent to your email. This file is recommended to be printed no larger than 24”x36”, and can be scaled down/cropped to any smaller size.
Mounted Canvas: Canvas wrapped around a lightweight foam frame. 1.5" thick, including a backer board and an attached hanger.
Premium Canvas: 100% cotton canvas, manually stretched on a warp-resistant wooden frame. 1.25" thick, including a backer board and an attached hanger.
Matte Paper Print: 7.5mm paper with a smooth matte & glare-free finish.

We offer FREE standard shipping and $15CAD express shipping.

We do our best to deliver your items together, however, often items are shipped out as soon as they are completed. If a print is completed first before your canvas, it may ship first and may arrive separately.

Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at Made for Milo, we are not able to offer any refunds for a return. Our team is producing custom art for you and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us at contact@madeformilo.com. We take our customers very seriously and your satisfaction is our main concern! We will do our best to accommodate you and make things right. We will handle each situation case-by-case.

While it is very rare, sometimes pieces get damaged while in transit. Please reach out to us at contact@madeformilo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.

Please include the following in your email to help expedite the process: pictures of the damage, order number and email that the order was placed with.

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, we will of course replace it without question.
