We create artwork of all pets! We have created artwork of goats, birds, fish, lizards, hedgehogs, horses, bunnies, cows and even chickens! At this time we do not create portraits of humans.

Artwork is typically created within just a few days and sent to the customer for approval/revisions. However, it can take longer during busy seasons, and we always guarantee 1-2 weeks. This does not include shipping time.

Yes! A proof will be sent to you via email within just a few days. However, this can take longer during busy seasons, and we always guarantee 1-2 weeks. Once you approve your proof, your portrait will be packaged and shipped shortly after.

Please note: If we do not hear back within 3 business days after your order’s dispatch due date (the dispatch date is always 1–2 weeks after purchase), we’ll move forward and finalize your portrait as shown to keep your order on schedule. Delayed proof approval may extend processing time by up to 2 additional weeks.

Please note: if you submit a new photo to us after 24 hours or after receiving your proof, we charge an additional $15 per photo, as our design team will need to produce brand new art. Please remember to choose your initial photo carefully and review our photo reference guide.

Yes! If you prefer to eliminate/add any design aspects in the portrait, please write those details in the order notes or send us an email after purchase with your order number. We can accommodate anything!

We can work with literally any photo! No matter how blurry, distorted, old or awkward! That said, if you need help deciding on the perfect photo, please refer to our photo reference guide.

The artwork is done completely by hand. It is drawn by hand on a tablet. It is not made with traditional paints.

We do our best to deliver your items together, however, often items are shipped out as soon as they are completed. If a print is completed first before your canvas, it may ship first and may arrive separately.

Due to the customized nature of these products that we produce at Made for Milo, we are not able to offer any refunds for a return. Our team is producing custom art for you and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

While it is very rare, sometimes pieces get damaged while in transit. Please reach out to us at contact@madeformilo.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.

Please include the following in your email to help expedite the process: pictures of the damage, order number and email that the order was placed with.

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, we will of course replace it without question.
